Arnaldo Miranda is the DJ and producer from Belém, Pará, behind ARN. He began DJing at 13 and producing at 18, in late 2009. He graduated in Electronic Music Production from Anhembi Morumbi University and completed postgraduate studies in Audiovisual Production.
His discography grew with two EPs on TILES in 2014. ‘Deep Travel’ received support from Cristian Varela, while ‘Reflex’ appeared on Anderson Noise's Radio Noise #645. In 2015 he released the Blackout EP and ‘Humanism’ featured on the Rio Music Conference — Part 2 compilation. Fractall's remix of ‘For You’ broadened his reach the following year.
His career also runs through the development of Belém's scene. Between 2014 and 2015 he promoted the Belhell party and organised the city's first Electronic Music Marathon. He has played Underline, Green Valley, Kaballah Festival, Warung Tour and several editions of Magic Boom.
Today ARN also leads Pororoka Records, bringing together electronic music, Amazonian identity and audiovisual production.
